The terms we, us and our refer to Gaman Living 我慢リビング, a registered trademark. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, collectively referred to as the Services.
Our webshop is technically hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the platform that enables us to offer the Services, but all transactions and responsibilities remain with Gaman Living.
These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services. Where these terms differ from our Privacy Policy, these Terms of Service apply to the use of the Services.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once accepted, cancellation may not always be possible. If an order is modified, declined or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
All purchases are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or exported for commercial purposes.

Prices are shown at the time of purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation. Prices may change without prior notice.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping fees, handling costs and any applicable import duties. Prices in our webshop may differ from those offered by third parties.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment and account information and to settle all charges incurred.
Article 5 Shipping and delivery
All Gaman Living products are made to order. This approach allows us to work intentionally, avoid overproduction and maintain quality.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control. Ownership and risk transfer to you once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Article 6 Intellectual property
All content within the Services, including texts, images, designs, logos, product names and brand elements, is the property of Gaman Living or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written consent.

Shopify provides the technical infrastructure for our store. All purchases are made directly from Gaman Living. Shopify bears no responsibility for products, services or transactions between you and us.
