When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the EU. This rhythm isn’t accidental — we produce only what’s needed, when it’s needed. It allows us to minimize waste, ensure freshness, and respect every step of the process.
Do you keep products in stock?
We create consciously. Rather than mass-producing, we craft in small, intentional runs. Some pieces are made to order. It’s slower — deliberately — but it means nothing is wasted.
What materials and ingredients do you use?
We don’t list everything for a reason: quality should be felt, not shouted. Every element — from what touches your skin to what sits in your home — meets the highest standards. It’s simply how we work.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If something isn’t right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original state. Returned pieces are reworked, donated, or responsibly recycled — never discarded.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and iDEAL. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted. Trust and simplicity are part of our foundation.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the EU. If you live outside this area and wish to place an order, reach out to us — we’ll explore options with care.

What if something goes wrong with my product?
All Gaman pieces are made to last. If a fault occurs, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it — with respect for you, the product, and the resources that made it possible.
